1/2 cup frozen strawberries 
1/2 cup frozen blueberries 
1/2 cup frozen blackberries 
1 banana 
1 tsp honey 
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder 
1 tbsp chia seeds 
1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk 
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or greek yogurt 

*add water or milk for desired thickness
