Schedule some time in for yourself everyday or a few times a week! When you spend time alone, you're able to delve so much deeper into yourself. You begin to understand yourself more. Dedicating some time to yourself lets you figure out your feelings, desires, wants, needs, goals, solutions to problems. It strengthens the connection between your body and spirit. Spending time alone allows you to open up and reflect upon yourself. Everyone needs time to themselves otherwise we miss that important relationship with our inner self. The more we understand ourselves, the better we are able to understand others. Asking for time alone is never a bad thing and does not mean you're antisocial.
