Breathe

Give yourself time to breathe. Take a walk in nature and let everything go. Grieve over anything you've lost. Smile for everything you've gained. Say goodbye to endings and hello to new beginnings. Let yourself really feel everything around you and inside of you. Forgive yourself and others. Get lost in your surroundings and realize that everything's okay. Remind yourself that everything happens as it should. Remember to see the good in the bad. Release your attachments to the past and future and focus all of your energy in the now. Let go of judgements, perceptions and that feeling you have of not being good enough. You are not this and you are not that, you simply just are. Let yourself Be.
