When you change you're goals from "eating healthy to look good/be skinny" to "eating healthy because it makes me feel good", you're intentions change from a source of negativity to a source of positivity. Eating healthy because you want to is different than eating healthy because you feel like you need to in order to become socially acceptable. You'll find that by changing you're goals & intentions to doing what's right/feels good for you (& not doing what everyone else is doing), eating healthy isn't such a struggle because it comes from loving and appreciating yourself.
